We include the constumer in all decissions and what is wrong with the transmission the parts etc. We show them what is good and bad before we press on. We waited till 7:30 after hours for his to come in and show him the breakdown of his transmission. We do this for everyone in hopes that they understand what has happened to the their vehicle. It is very hard to explain over the phone to explain what is wrong witht he transmisison a picture means a 1000 words type of analogy. We do this to create a relationship with all customers. We provided all the necessary repairs and waited after hours again for him to pick-up the truck.
