I would like say Lisa Y. Shiroishi eas wonderful! She was very calm with my 4 year old and seems to have a nice way with children. My son felt very comfortable with her!
The office staff could work on a few things. I think they have a great opportunity where they work but should work on customer service skills. They’re the gateway to the office so it’s impitannt that they do not make the patients feel rushed or tense.I know they’re very busy but please try to minimize anxious feelings when dealing with us. Patience is very important. The office wasn’t very busy at that time actually. And Tense energy is truly felt. People don’t always recall what you say but they always recall how they felt. In regard to the eye exam, I think it’s important to let patients know in simple terms what to expect. One of the machines blows out swift air directly onto the eye and it was quite a surprise. It nearly made me faint because I wasn’t expecting it. So I think it’s wise to give us patients a heads up!
Otherwise I think you have a wonderful office and I trust you’ll all work together to make it a more warm and positive atmosphere.
