I think your front office staff have the friendly personality that the company is attempting to achieve for the entire company. Evading a person space is very personable therefore introducing yourself and showing the person that you care about is extremely important. But treat someone like a piece of meat. Does not breed trust or friendly. You my be good at what you do but without warming up to the patient you will always have a inconsistent response to your service. How can you have someone who is good at their job but bad at working with people especially in the dental in your mouth business and not talk to the human you are working on. I have experience this same problem before with the dental hygienist no personality at all. I come from a place where the dental office acknowledge me from the front door to the back room. I could never come back to Newhart Dental and never miss your organization because we don't have a relationship. It is sad because you have a blueprint which is Dr. Newhart himself. I would suggest you use it. In no way Am I saying that the people i with worked didn't do a good job because they did get the job done.

It's always a pleasure to be seen by Dr. Newhart and staff. He makes you feel like family. The staff is wonderful and attentive as well as personable and extremely courteous! No one looks forward to going to the dentist, but they certainly take the sting out of your visit!

Extremely long wait time after the teeth cleaning. I forgot the reason for sitting in the exam chair. After a 20 minute wait, I wasn’t sure if I had been forgotten about so I left.
