Bad online reviews can be helpful. They tell us if there is something we need to correct to keep our patients happy, which we are pretty good at. If you read this I hope you will take time to read the positive reviews, too.

Regarding this negative review? I completely understand how you could feel the way you feel. You came to me with a problem and told me you wanted it corrected, not just a patch. After I did a thorough examination I gave you my expert recommendation (based on what you wanted). You got a second opinion from your MD, however, your MD is NOT a spinal biomechanics expert. Typically, when an MD reads an x-ray and there are no signs of cancer, fractures or dislocations they deem it "normal". Did your MD mention anything about proper spinal curves, proper segmental movement or your signs of early degeneration? You then went to another chiropractor (a spinal expert) that was in your HMO managed care network. Did you know that if a contracted HMO managed care chiropractor recommends more then 8-12 visits that he / she can be penalized? Did your HMO chiropractor take advanced motion study films to see how the individual segments were moving? If he did he would have pointed out your damaged areas. Did he offer to take a follow up x-ray so you can see if the problem was corrected? You got a few adjustments and felt better, I knew you would. However, the research shows that without proper, active rehab an area is more likely to degenerate leading to more problems in the future that are harder to correct. I made a recommendation to not only get you better, but slow down further breakdown and degeneration. I hope you don?t have pain again, however, based on your x-rays your problem is likely come back. When you are ready to correct the underlying problem I am here for you.

P.S. I assure you those were your x-rays. I can prove it, just bring your other x-rays in from your MD and other Chiropractor and I?ll set the record straight. But if I do prove they are yours you will have to remove your slanderous comments, which my guess is? you aren?t that kind of a person.
