Prior to attending Seaside Chiropratic for care and weekly treatment I had lower back pain on a regular basis for the last eleven years. I started the treatment in November this last year and have no lower back pain at this time. I just returned from a ski trip this last week and did I have fun. I skied two whole days with no pain at all. Even the long ride to Tahoe from San Clemente was pain free and enjoyable once again. It felt great to enjoy outdoor sports again with out stress or pain in my lower back. My previous treatment with two different chiropratic care centers did not cure my back pain in the past so I thought I would have to live with it and thought it came from living longer.
