The service and the staff was amazing, however, we went in person to pick the services we wanted, discussed pricing and made sure to add in tip to overall cost as I didn't want to have to have more money day of appointment. We had set everything including date and paid cash up front and they put it on a gift card. Due to construction, our appointment had to be rescheduled. Not sure what happened when the appointment was rescheduled but at time of checkout, I was advised the prepaid gift card was still short by $25.00 for services and definitely didn't cover tip. Love having surprises like that - NOT.
We are so sorry that you had that unexpected charge happen upon checkout. Thank you for being understanding of the rescheduling so that we could go through our renovation process, we hope you enjoyed the new setup of the spa during your visit, we are getting great feedback from our clients! The only thing I could think of that may have happened is that your group had upgraded services during your visit with us. That being said if you would like to contact our Spa Coordinator, we would be happy to go over the appointments and cost that was applied the day of your visit and alleviate any confusion.
