Just to let you know, my husand and myself are disappointed in the cross selling techniques of your office. We feel we are going to a retail outlet instead of a dentistry office.

Dear Debby,
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our services. First of all, we have seen you and your husband only twice since we took over this practice. In your first appointment your husband complained that the previous Dr. promised him a bleaching kit but he never honoured his promise; disregarding the fact that his chart didn?t mentioned this promise, we decided to offer the kit at no charge. You also stated that you are not happy with one filling that was done by the previous dentist owner of this practice; we also decided to go ahead and help with this matter as well, at no charge for you. It is a surprise for us to see that after all this efforts you are accusing us for ?cross selling?. We do not sell anything in our practice except a Perio-rinse product that is RECOMMENDED by our hygienist to certain patients with gums problems. We partner with every patient and we do our best to help them obtain an excellent oral health but we do not force anyone to buy anything. It is your decision if you want to buy a $10 Perio-rinse bottle for your oral hygiene.

I don't think I've ever been numbed before when getting lip filler so that was nice! As a busy mom I fed my kiddos before I came but didn't have time to eat quickly. The doctor asked if I wanted a juice box for blood sugar purposes haha so kind since I hadn't eaten she made me feel very welcome. She also talked me into LESS filler than I had previously wanted which is very telling to me, no one is going to oversell you on anything!Read More …
