I arrived at 2:30 for a 2:40 appointment waited over 35 minutes before being called to office waited in office for 15 min before Doctor came this is unacceptable

MyChart records required amendment by radiologist. This has caused confusion with additional physician visits. The blood clot was noted in MyChart that it was due to an airline flight. How is that determined? Very confusing. Dr. Tran did not inform us that was the case. Thorough communication is imperative in order for patient understanding.

Dr. Kastin explained the colonoscopy process and an appointment was scheduled. De. Kastin was referred by

Dr. Tran and we respect his referral.
