My massage was scheduled at 11:30. I arrived at 11:15, went to the counter and said I have an 11:30 massage, to which the employee said Kara? I said yes, and she said she would let someone know. At 11:45, still sitting in the waiting area, I receive a call from Shannon Aleksandr. A different front desk girl was calling me. I could see her making the call. She stated she had me down for an 11:30 massage and asked if I was coming. I stated Im sitting right in front of you, to which she apologized, made eye contact with me, and went to get the lady that would be giving me the massage. She apologized for the miscommunication and said she would take care of me. The massage was wonderful, she did great. However, my hour long massage, that started about 11:50, due to no fault of my own, ended at 12:30. I was charged for an hour and received less than hour, due to the front desk employee not checking me in when I arrived at 11:15. I was beyond disappointed. I was charged for an hour massage and did not receive an hour massage. While the 40 minute massage was awesome, I did not receive what I paid for, thus Im not thrilled about my service received yesterday.
