I would only recommend the North Ogden store. Please note that this rating is for them only, as the Roy facility would receive a negative number of stars if it were an option. The Roy management and employees are dishonest and quite lazy. They never answer their phones and ignore emails. They promise you one thing and then completely drop the ball. Janice was very helpful and accommodating when those at the Roy store neglected to fulfill my order. I placed an order in October and even received a proof of one of the designs. In the second week of December, after multiple attempts to contact the Roy store--even stopping by the store, but they had unprofessionally decided to close shop earlt that day--I sent our school's PTA President to the store to check up on our order. She was able to find the store manager behind the building, while one of the other employees who saw her coming quickly hid from sight. He mentioned that he had informed me about a month and a half previously that they could not fulfill my order. Which, of course, was a lie. After all, why send me proofs if you're unable to do the job? After this fiasco, I contacted the North Ogden store. I needed the shirts for my employees that week. Though I had to pay more than double of what the Roy store promised, I got the shirts in a couple days and was able to give them to teachers as part of their Christmas gift. Though six of the shirts have mistakes, Janice has said I can take them back to have them fixed. The reason I can't give full stars to the Ogden store isn't all their fault. I'm disappointed that I had to pay double what I was originally promised by a cheat and scammer. Though I would recommend the North Ogden store, I wouldn't be caught dead in the Roy one again. By the way, the Ogden facility is clean and taken care of. I only entered the Roy store once, and was surprised to not have contracted a debilitating, life-threatening disease.
