Thank you so very much, all 3 of you wonderful Doctors and your INCREDIBLE staff for taking such good care of my little boy, Tommy. Going through the Vestibular Syndrome was so gut-wrenching and emotional for me. It just killed me to see him like that! However, I knew that the 2 nights he was in your care, he was in loving hands. I am so happy to have found you. You are absolutely wonderful.

SVVS took wonderful care of my "feline daughter" Maggie. She had been ill with uncontrollable vomiting, lack of eating and drinking. Not only did they take good care of Maggie, but also of me, with phone calls about her progress, invitations to visit at any time and explanations in person when I did visit and view scans and other tests.

Thank you Dr. Dhaliwal (Oncologist, Chief of Staff) and Dr. Moore (Internist, Medical Director) for your expert care of Maggie. Thank you also to the wonderful staff who made me comfortable and welcome during each of my visits with Maggie (who is doing very well, healthy and happy). I highly recommend Silicon Valley Veterinary Specialists for Emergency or Specialized Care. They are open 24 hours/day and have an up-to-date facility, including the only Veterinary MRI equipment in San Jose.

Dr Moore, Dr. Dhilwal and (I'm sorry, I forget the wonderful vet who came out to see tommy originally, works graveyard.) We were terrified he was having a stroke and your amazing staff helped calm us down. The Doctor assured us it wasn't a stroke, but Old Dog Vestibular Syndrome. You took such incredible care of my companion while he was in the Hospital for 2 nights. Worth EVERY penny it cost me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I owe you one.

I hope the 3 vets read this, they need to know how incredible they are.

My cat had a blade of grass caught in her throat. Took her to overnight emergency services and was charged $500. It happened again so we called a VCA vet and they were not able to take her in and recommended you because she said you would be cheaper than the emergency vet. $81 vs $200 for the visit alone. The bill came to $700!! Then they kept wanting to add other things like blood work! I asked them to match what I paid for the same procedure and that request was denied. My cat makes this horrible sound like a Macaw so I know she had something caught again. I'm on a fixed income (disability) and this just hurts deeply.

Silicon Valley Veterinary Specialist emergency hospital is one of the CLEANEST, FRIENDLIEST, AND TECHNICALLY ADVANCED veterinary hospitals I've ever seen and been to. The whole staff great and very helpful. They genuinely Care about your animal!

If your pet has any type of problem, I would recommend that you take them to this facility! !

I was very pleased with the care my dog received at Silicon Valley Veterinary Specialists. It's very comforting to have them right here in our neighborhood. I am really grateful for that and they are open 24/7. Can't get any better than that. The staff is very friendly and they take care of things promptly. They notified my regular vet and my doggie insurance right away.

Our visit was one of the Best ones we ever had. The staff and doctors were very cordial and professional is answering all of our questions and concerns.

I can appreciate the 24hr service that is available. However, when you travel near or far to bring your pet in, are quoted one price over the phone, then to learn another while there is not fair to the owner. This can be very stressful in an already up setting situation. A range of cost would probably help give an idea on what is to be done. Options such as rushing right in at midnight, or waiting a few hours until something can be done locally. Our pet is fine now and little did we know, some peroxide and constant care would have saved us a ton! Self advice/opinion, don't call in a panic, take your time to analyze the situation in the future. Thanks again!
