Overall a great experience... the only exception being that when I call to ask to bring my sick cat in, the receptionist tried to tell me they were too busy and could not fit him in....when I explained that I thought the cat was dying and if we waited any longer it would be too late to help him...she then talked to someone else and decided they could "fit him in" (which I totally understand). When I came just before the time she specified, the office was not busy...and the whole conversation with her seemed ridiculous. I would not have called and asked to bring him in right away, if it was not an emergency situation.
Hello Anonymous. I can understand your frustration - although our schedule was full, it may have seemed otherwise to you. Our staff follows regular scheduling protocol and when we're full, they're directed to come speak to a manager who can always figure something out. Unfortunately, many appointments show up early, some show up late, some are procedures in our treatment area, so the appearance of our waiting area is not always an indicator of our Doctors' availability. At any rate, we're glad we could see him.
