i am a mom of 2 with a traveling husband. yesterday my car broke down and wouldn't start. i called Affordable Auto and they provided me with a towing truck info. Once i was at the repair shop, they immediately ran tests on my car. The problem was just a battery, but they ordered me a new one and installed it in mere minutes even though they were closing in 20 minutes.
Affordable took care of me when i was stranded with 2 kids and no husband. I didn't even need to panic or stress. We have been taking our cars to them for about 5 years but this recent event proves just how caring and good they are in customer service, auto repairs and simple human compassion.

What is the price for peace of mind? When so much around us, so much in life is faulty, temporary, uncertain, fallible, inconsistent, disappointing, incomplete, how do you put into words the enormous value of anything or anyone who is reliable?
In our experience, over the past 9 years, this is the word which best sums up Affordable Auto when we've found our car in need of service. When we tell friends about Affordable Auto, we always emphasize how reliable they are. And fair. And accurate. And nice. And trustworthy. We have the utmost confidence in them those times we've had to drop off our ailing car, and we always drive away satisfied with them in their work. There have been several times in which they've even inconvenienced themselves on our behalf! How rare and generous!

They tried to tell me I needed a new tranny for $2,600....problem was a simple axle! NEVER will go back!!!!

I appreciate the honesty and speedy service. It was refreshing that Steve presented the probable cause of the smoke coming from the car, proposing to fix that and watching to see what happens. As opposed to assuming all the possible causes and running up a big bill. Also appreciated him going over the safety issues that needed to be addressed. All without pressure

I've been going to Affordable Auto since 2004. They have never led me wrong yet. They are clean, friendly, and accurate. They do not over charge, in fact I have had both Scott and Steve tell me I don't need work that the dealer said I need. They provided transportation when I dropped my car off in the morning and needed to get to work.
When I bought my car from a private party, I would only trust Affordable to give me the green light to purchase the car.
I have recommended them to many, I am always a satisfied customer.
