Candace, we truly apologize if your experience did not meet your expectations. We truly feel we tried to compromise given the big picture of start to finish to help you. We value you as a guest, and feel you, as well as our team's satisfaction is both equally important to us. We pride ourselves in fairness all around. We know at times decisions are difficult on both sides, but feel we did our best to come to a fair solution. Any time working with box color, it becomes out of the standard service when a guest color's at home, and more difficult to meet expectations with pricing, as well as end result without multiple service sessions.
