Absolutely awful, we have been patients, my son and I for over 10 years I got a call on a Friday telling me that I must immediately pay for contact lenses which I had been told the day b4 would not be in for at least 15 days. The reason being is because there was a merger and if I did not pay that day, the contact lenses would be forwarded back to the production provider because of the merger. I questioned this but, did not get a direct answer so, I canceled my afternoon work appointments to immediately rush over to pick up the contact lenses. On a Friday. When I arrived to pick up after paying $179 I was told, the contact lenses weren’t even in stock yet so basically I was extorted being forced to pay for some thing that wasn’t even there yet and I still do not have in hand. Seriously, the empty threat of telling me my lenses would be returned to the provider when they weren’t even there, was unbelievable! I did not appreciate the bait and switch to simply get a payment and correct a book account for your merger which I had no knowledge of until the day of this call I also do not normally pay for things I do not have. Do not hold your patients hostage because, you do not have a proper accounting service it’s offensive!
