I have been a customer of the salon since they opened in their former location. I called and left a voice message this morning AND went online to request an appointment. That was at 8-9 am this morning. 3:45 pm still no call. I called the salon and asked if their email or online system is working and was told that the online system was not working properly, however, they just didn't have time to return a call. I explained they lost a longstanding customer and the receptionist didn't seem to care. I find it unprofessional to give $300 min to a salon only to have them not care about clients let alone long standing clients. Could be why they moved.
