Belated thanks and appreciation for most recent visit for dental hygiene care.
I could easily walk to a local dental office here in Pickering where I reside, but no, off I go to North York via GO Train and subway and for good reasons. NOTE: I now consider driving into the GTA something to be avoided due to traffic, not that the subway at rush hour is anything to look forward to, yet I digress.
My reason for generating this review is to acknowledge that Dr. Eisen and staff have, over the years, provided dental care that has earned a level of trust that is well deserved. After all, what price would anyone pay for the comfort and peace of mind that comes from consistently demonstrated excellence in care provided?
And now, candidly speaking, I have a truth to confess, revealed during my most recent visit.
Spoken in jest, I made the bold statement that I am a victim. Caught Robert off guard there, eh?! But yes, it's true. You see, as a child I was a victim of sugar and poor dental care. I was also a victim of my dear mother who made the most delicious pies, cakes, tarts and other consumables impossible to resist. By the time a school nurse suggested I see a dentist much of the damage was done. It was a no fault, no blame situation, sugar being my choice of drugs at the time and a toothbrush not exactly being my tool of choice.,
May this declaration of truth serve as notice for all people to pay heed to the dangers of sugar and dental hygiene neglect! Children, stay away from that candy store and brush your teeth often unless you too fall victim to a life of cavities!
Most important, life goes on and I have evolved into a better dietary lifestyle while making friends with my electric toothbrush and dental floss.
So thanks again to Dr. Eisen and staff for ongoing care! Most appreciated!
