I've been taking my daughter Jaida, to Dr. Sahota's office for the past year. Jaida always has a pleasant time and enjoys the thoughtfulness of the heating pad around her neck. She finds it soothing and relaxing. An exemplification no doubt, to Dr. Sahota's immense knowledge and skill at "connecting the dots". As someone who has suffered from TMJ for many years in the past, I didn't understand the relationship between the cranial muscles, upper cervical alignment and the jaw. Information about these topics was shared with us on the first visit due to a slight popping in Jaida's jaw. I admire the lengths at which this office goes through to ensure the best possible care for their patients. The service has always been excellent! Dr. Sahota and her staff are caring, thoughtful and engaging on a human level, which is refreshing. In today's fast paced world were it seems like businesses try and up sell all they can to increase profits, I cherish and deeply appreciate people that care about your health and treat you like a human being and not a dollar sign. Thank you for being awesome and not pushing unneeded services on us. Also, it can get challenging when you are co-parenting and trying to work out schedules. Preet and her staff have been generous and very accommodating with our inability to make a previous appointment due to illness. I appreciate you for that. I wish the staff at Smile Matters, prosperity, good health, and a wonderful rest of their week. Also, I will be scheduling an appointment for Jaida later when she gets her braces off to see what you recommend.
Thank you, Raymond. You are a kind, thoughtful person. I appreciate it! I realized that charging a no show fee builds resentment. It never works. Not charging, gets us reviews like this one! It's that simple! Love and gratitude, Preet
