I had a tooth removed & my son had his wisdom teeth removed. We both had great experiences considering the situations except for 1 thing in common. We were never asked if we wanted the teeth. After the procedures we asked and it was too late, the teeth had been discarded. Why weren't we asked before they were discarded? Why seas it put on us because we didn't ask for them before the procedures? We were stressed out and the staff should have made a point of asking US if we wanted them.
Everything else went great. We were treated sympatheticly and respectfully. All prices were discussed before any decisions were made and alternative options presented.
The costs were reasonable and better than other estimates from other Dentist offices.

Betty we are very sorry we didn't ask if you wanted the extracted teeth! It is not a common request from patients so the assistants do not ask. Please don't ever hesitate to ask any of our staff when you have a request such as that. We will always honor such requests. Again I am very sorry you and your son were disapointed with that part of our service!!!
