Staff were friendly and professional. Waiting area needed some updating, and restroom needed clean up.

Have been taking my children here for years ! Over always a great experience. Have had some receptions who aren't very happy to help with either checking you in or out. It rarely happens, other then that everyone else is great!

We finally got X-Rays on my 9 yo. She had always been very hesitant at ST in the past, but this time we got it. The person helping her explained everything to her so she wasn't scared(her words). She said that in the past, they just jammed the little plates in her mouth and didn't explain what was going on, so she was scared. They finally figured out how to do it right. AWESOME!!!

Everything was awesome.

I have been taking my daughter to smile starters since her first teeth arrived. 10years later and we are still going. Always so helpful patient understanding. There are times they are extremely busy but they go above and beyond to ensure you are seen soon as possible. I have kind of learned the best times to go.

The staff was great and we didn't have to wait long.

Great customer service and my kids was in and out. Only problem that i had was when I went to verify my information I couldn't her the receptionist ask the questions either she spoke soft or the music was loud.

The foreign lady was too rough. I felt her digging into my gums, in a very painful manner. I got upset, panicked, and helpless. I thought if I feel this way, then how must the children feel. I think there are extremes to which one should scrape ones teeth. Being rough just to finish faster really is not the goal. The goal is to clean the child's teeth without hurting them, so they do not have a horrible experience, that will make them hate coming back.

The guys worked hard to get the job done. They are helpful in accomodating a tough situation. My only complaint so far is that they broke a shift knob and haven't exactly followed though on the "VIP" service. Glad for their knowledge.
