My very old pup needed to be seen immediately and I was able to get in for an afternoon appointment. When I parked and got him out of the car, the pavement was so hot that he struggled to move (he's too heavy for me to carry). So i had to run him into the office without paying for parking. Observing my distress, the client manager/office staff quickly mobilized to get us into a room immediately & with support (& water) so I could complete my parking. This is an example of how they treat clients (4 and 2 legged animals):genuine interest, kindness as well as thoughtful patient care. The staff knows us, our history, we live down the block, they ask specifics about my other pup, and handle us as if their own. At this visit, the doc helped me with decisions on how to proceed with my pup in context of his age and needs vs. immediately jump into a costly diagnostic analysis. It's only been a day since this visit, but the office typically calls me a couple of days after our visits to ask how my pup is doing. Love them!
