Optometry is solid and Dr. Fein is excellent, however he appears understaffed.
Customer service, follow-up, and quality of glasses / contacts are lower than the price point.
Overall, I would spend a bit more money for more professional service. I got the impression that Solo treats customers more like numbers than individuals. Expect to get lousy customer service if something goes wrong.
