Me and my dog Mia have been going through a lot with our last visit being her 4th surgery to remove a mass cell tumor. Sense this is such a common experience and I am fully aware of what such tumor looks like Mrs. king waved my initial appointment fee because she did need surgery again. Before her surgery after I dropped her off I received a call from the vet because they found two questioning spots that they would remove at the same time if I knew of them being cancerous. I already knew of these two spots and knew they were not a mass cell tumor. But it's great to know that they wanted to inform me of spots incase I have missed them so I wouldn't have to spend more later on. I receive a call after the surgery so they can inform me that all went well. I came to find out that after surgery she was put in a cage and had blankets put on top of her. Not only that but she was laying on a heating pad to make sure she stayed warm! She has grown a relationship with the employees there. And even though you can tell she is pit, never once have a felt that anyone took her breed negatively. I am more then happy with this office and don't plan to go anywhere any time soon! Alot of family and friends go to them as well and all have positive reviews! Thanks for taking care of my girl like one of your own! You all have gone above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!
I have always experienced the best care and concern for my dogs over the years. Even when I had to put one dog down due to liver cancer. I was given all the time I needed to say good-bye and given good ideas on what to do with her remains.
It was hard to have to pay after the procedure but I understand that these things aren't free. It was my first experience with this and it all was a shock.

I love Hair Crafters! Besides great service, everyone is so friendly and feels like home when stepping in the salon. Laura, the stylist I went to on Saturday, recently completed new training, and my hair cut feels amazing! Really appreciate that the staff keeps up on their education and they value improving their skill. There were quite of few weddings on Saturday so I got to watch a lot of women have their hair transformed into beautiful updos, absolutely stunning! Keep up the great work! Love you guys!
