Me and my dog Mia have been going through a lot with our last visit being her 4th surgery to remove a mass cell tumor. Sense this is such a common experience and I am fully aware of what such tumor looks like Mrs. king waved my initial appointment fee because she did need surgery again. Before her surgery after I dropped her off I received a call from the vet because they found two questioning spots that they would remove at the same time if I knew of them being cancerous. I already knew of these two spots and knew they were not a mass cell tumor. But it's great to know that they wanted to inform me of spots incase I have missed them so I wouldn't have to spend more later on. I receive a call after the surgery so they can inform me that all went well. I came to find out that after surgery she was put in a cage and had blankets put on top of her. Not only that but she was laying on a heating pad to make sure she stayed warm! She has grown a relationship with the employees there. And even though you can tell she is pit, never once have a felt that anyone took her breed negatively. I am more then happy with this office and don't plan to go anywhere any time soon! Alot of family and friends go to them as well and all have positive reviews! Thanks for taking care of my girl like one of your own! You all have gone above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!
I understand that the clinic is under staffed, however, that is not an excuse to make patients wait 30 minutes to come in for their appointment making them late. And instead of apologizing they blame it on under staffing. A sorry goes a long way. I felt very under appreciated as a paying customer.
Great -- thanks! I was able to get an appointment for next day or same day. I noticed the website to schedule an appointment online wasn't working earlier this week so I just called. But might be worth confirming if that's working again?
I was having some concerns about rapid changes in my vision. Dr. Sanchez and Brian spent ample time with me examining my eyes and explaining possible treatment options. We decided on a solution but she made it very clear that if I had any future problems or this solution did not work I should call her so we could try something else. I was very impressed with the time she spent with me and how well she explained things. Brian was very friendly and kind and also explained the exam thoroughly. I had several questions that he was able to answer along the way. I came in for an "emergency" appt and was feeling very anxious, both Brian and Dr. Sanchez relieved my fears and made me feel comfortable.
