Totally excellent in all regards. My doctor, Dr Engman, actually changed his vacation plans to address my complex eye issues. Spending time with patients, so that one fully understands all elements of the condition of their eyes, is paramount. Highly recommended.

Post-op from laser surgery. I wish Dr. Reader had taken time to explain what the laser surgery entailed. My appt for the laser surgery was three weeks from the time I saw him and you can only imagine what I thought would happen! I am sure he has done many laser surgeries but this was my first time and I was very anxious. I feel he could have put my mind to rest had he told me I would be sitting in a chair similar to his office and he would be numbing my eye, placing a cyclinder over my eye and then doing the procedure. Other than that, the procedure went smoothly, my post-op was quite good as my eye pressure has decreased and that is what Dr. Reader was hoping for.

I stopped in for a haircut as a friend had referred me to the salon and was treated to one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at a place of business. I was greeted warmly and as an old friend, not just another face in the crowd. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. My stylist, Jose, was incredible. My cut ended up looking exactly how I wanted it to and the friendly conversation in the salon during my time in the chair made the time fly by.
