Excellent! Everyone, from making my appt, the lady that called me B4 the appt to let me know my cost after insurance, the front desk, Dr. Cross, the tech that works with him, and the check-out desk? EVERYONE is kind, helpful and cares about my comfort. I'm so impressed with this office :)
