Very nice experience except for waiting outside in the heat. But that tells me you are all about safety for your clients and staff. Everything was explained perfectly by Dr. Love by phone and in person by Josh Beckey.

Never got to the appointment, I called to try to reschedule, but found that I lost my deposit no matter what. I had a car emergency that made it impossible to go to the appointment. I got into my car and when I turned it on, it said 5 percent oil. You can't ignore that, your engine will size up. I drove to the Ford dealer on oak st, they told me they were booked for the day. I asked where I can get the oil changed, they made me an appointment at the auto mall at 1230. At this time it was already 1130. I live in the northwest.. By the time I got to ford out at the auto mall, got the car in, it was after 3 pm before I got out of there. When I called to reschedule, I explained all this, that I did not know what time I would get out of the auto
I did not know if I could get the appointment on time,, at this time, I found out that I would have to put another $165.00 deposit down,, in order to reschedule. I am a senior on a fixed income, trying to get 3 kittens taken care of. I can't afford to loose the first deposit, much less put another one down. ,Earlier I was on the way to grocery store to shop for me and my 93 yr old neighbor. Been trying to keep her at home. Because of loosing my deposit, they gave me no choice but to find somewhere else to go to get the cats taken care of. There is NO WHERE TO GO TO SURRENDER CATS DURING THE COVID VIRUS PANDEMIC. SO ALL I CAN DO IS MY BEST TO GET THE POOR THINGS TAKEN CARE OF. I HAVE ALREADY ADOPTED 5 FROM OUTSIDE, and GOT THEM FIXED AND ALL THEIR SHOTS. I REALLY DID NOT WANT TO ADD 3 MORE TO THE HOUSEHOLD, BUT THEY NEED HELP.
SO TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, THIS PLACE MIGHT BE A GREAT VET OFFICE BUT I WILL NEVER KNOW. Because of the deposit policy, I can't recommend a place that will not be flexible when your dealing with that much money.

We’ve been going to this vet for over 10 years. Yesterday when my pet was seen I was told he was acting normal and felt like I was being discredited for saying my dog had been acting lethargic at home. Once an X-ray was done, my concerns were shown that he did have an unknown object in his stomach.
Then after an attempt to get my dog to throw it up (which he never did) I was told that he would need surgery. I was quoted $1600-1800. I asked if I could call my husband to discuss it and was told “well we’re closed as of 5 mins ago so no one will answer your call. We need an answer right now.” That is not something I can just make a decision on by myself.
I asked the vet if he thought my dog could pass it and he Said it’s highly unlikely and I needed to do the surgery. I decided to take my dog home cause I was not going to make that big of a financial decision alone.
My dog is now perfectly fine. Has passed the object and I saved $2000. I completely understand that vets are overwhelmed at this time. But if you’re asking someone to shell out $2000 maybe be a little more considerate and give them an opportunity to discuss things with other people that it will financially impact.
As a long time client, I was very saddened by yesterday’s interaction.

Even in quarantine, I was given excellent service from my car. My pet was handled well and they were very friendly.
