I am the new manager to come on board at SpaNiva on 6th and Campbell. I was going thru our reviews when I came upon yours. I am so sorry that this was your experience at SpaNiva - we never want a guest to leave disappointed as we are well aware there are other places out there where you could elect to spend your dollars. I would love for you to come back in at the discounted rate originally offered to you.
