I was told I had the wrong time for my appt, and was an hour late, but when I got home and checked my confirmation email, I had arrived at the correct time. I was also not given the 20$ discount on the massage. Because I felt so bad about being "late," I didn't bring it up, but now that I know I wasn't, I am a little miffed. However, I can't say enough about Yvette's skills as a masseuse--probably the best massage I've ever gotten.

I am the new manager to come on board at SpaNiva on 6th and Campbell. I was going thru our reviews when I came upon yours. I am so sorry that this was your experience at SpaNiva - we never want a guest to leave disappointed as we are well aware there are other places out there where you could elect to spend your dollars. I would love for you to come back in at the discounted rate originally offered to you.
