I have visited the spa many times throughout the years, and the service has normally been very great. I have brought many friends for services with me, and I have bought gift cards for family and friends also. My last visit, however, was less than ideal. I had a 9 a.m. appointment, and when I arrived, the spa was closed. I waited outside in the rain. My scheduled, 85 minute massage began 30 minutes late (through no fault of the massage therapist, who apologized more than once). The massage therapist, while a very nice person, ended the massage 10 minutes early. I did not complain about it; I was just disappointed that I did not achieve the relaxation that I came for.
