Appts seem to be running behind. Most appts lately have taken 2+hrs and arent scheduled long changes.

Has taken 4 mo to resolve a billing issue, but have been treated like we were attempting to not pay vs resolve issue. And it wasnt done privately with a phone call. It was a front desk, you owe with a busy lobby. Not the service expected from a practice that has been used by my family for 50+years.

The length of time my children have to wait to be seen at their appointments has gotten increasingly longer. We even had to walk out on one occasion because it ran so late. The technicians never tell my kids where they stand on their progress. We have been going for two years now and every time I ask, my kids have no clue as to whether they are on track, behind or ahead of projection. I would like more feedback.

I can't imagine the treatment with Dr. Speck being better: he's an excellent orthodontist, with excellent staff.

The staff is always very pleasant and professional. They are very accommodating about last minute appointment changes. They have Saturday hours and late afternoon hours, which is great so I don't have to take my kids out of school for appointments.

Dr. Speck and his staff do a great job, but the scheduling of patients is not appropriate for one orthodontist. My son (and when my daughter had braces) many times have arrived on time and sit in the exam chair for up to an hour before anything is done to their braces. When the appointment is at 7:45 am, there is no reason why he should still be in the chair at 9:15 am. Either get another orthodontist or schedule patients at appropriate intervals.

My orthodontist's office provides an excellent customer service. The staff were so friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I needed a quick appointment. Knowing how full they were, I thought that I did not have much hope getting one. However, they actually took me in right way and helped me to straight up my issue. Great job! In fact, I just referred 2 of my friends to my Dr. I am sure that my friends is going to be happy with the result too.

We are fairly new to the practice and sadly, each appointment has been less than stellar. The time that we wait past our appointment time is exorbitant and unnecessary. The staff is less than friendly as well. Hoping this can be turned around quickly!

Dr. Specks office is very efficient and professional. They also offer early morning appointments as well as Saturdays if necessary. There is always music playing and the staff are friendly.
