Dr. Fowzia Hakym is an excellent Dentist who made me feel very comfortable during my Dental procedure. There are also very efficient, pleasant and helpful support staff. I would like to make special mention of Ms. Preethy Warrier who does everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. I sincerely appreciate the fact that Dr. Hakym was also very accommodating during the week after my procedure. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Spendid Dental Care - Richmond. Thank You!

Staff is really friendly, place is very clean and has water, tea and coffee for patients. Service is good and doctor explains procedures and care after procedure.

I received my first X-ray at Splendid Dental and very happy with not only the dentistry, but customer service as well. Very nice staff, and as this was a first time visit, will definitely be back in 6 months for my next check up.

We had an appointment at 9:00 AM. We filled out all the forms before 9 but have to wait for the technicians, who didn't get in the office until after 9:30. Our dentist was in early / on time but her assistants weren't. I realized this office is only open once every 2 weeks but that was not a good impression (my first time here).

Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the minute I walked through the front door to the service I received from the doctor. They were incredibly prompt and were even able to fill a cavity for me the same day! It was my first time here but I will definitely be back again!!!

I had an absolutely great experience at Splendid. I actually found them from an emergency and they were open on Saturday. The dentist was able to make me a temporary crown and then ordered the most beautiful permanent crown. This was for on of my very front teeth. It was a tooth that had embarrassed me for years and now I'm so proud of it. I really felt like they care about their patients at Splendid. I live much closer to many other dentists, but I will make them my dentist from now on.
