Friendly, caring folks who just want to help! All my experiences, including this latest one, have been favorable with Spokane Foot Clinic - Valley Office. Although, the previous doctor I had at the clinic has moved on, Dr. Porter was awesome!
My total experience with Dr. Brockbank and his staff has been positive. Throughout my treatment, I was always met with a cheerful office staff, less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and gentle and understanding care in the treatment room. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Brockbank to my friends for expert ankle surgery and treatment.
I found the staff to be very pleasant and knew their jobs well. Dr. Brockbank was very nice, gentle and very knowledgeable about my situation. The exam room chair was awesome. A very good way to make a patient feel comfortable. I have had very good visits to this clinic and would recommend them to anyone that needed a Podiatrist.
Staff is very friendly and reassuring, doctor is considerate and gentle but doesn't sugar coat anything which is a good thing. I do have some questions about the recommendations and can't figure out the web site. I wish there was a section to take me directly to a place to ask non-emergency questions that I did not think of while I was in the office. It could help me decide which is the best option for me in terms of treatment.
