David Stevenson started his Landscaping career in 1976; after earning a degree in Horticulture from the Hawkeye Technical Collage in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Following his formal education, he landed a job as a supervisor for a large tree nursery where he stayed for 3 years. In 1980, David moved to California to accept a management position with a large landscaping company. In this position, he supervised various landscaping crews for private sector business, which included over 30 HUD housing complexes throughout Northern California for over eight years
