I had to bring Cody in Monday AM for an emergency. I can't say enough about the entire staff at St.Francis that took care of us that day from Dr. Phelps, Carlton and Jennifer and then Margaret and the 2 ladies that helped me with Cody when I came to pick him up Tuesday night (sorry I don't know their names. I was too focused on Cody). Not only are they doing everything to find out what is going on with Cody, treating him as if he was their own but also taking care of me in my state of panic. I couldn't ask for anything more and that is why I have been a client of St. Francis for over 15 years!
After adopting a shelter dog six months ago, I needed to find a vet. St Francis Animal Hospital was recommended by my daughter. They were very friendly, and were able to give me an appointment right away when my dog experienced some problems. The doctor called me personally to go over the protocol she established for my pet. They treat her so lovingly I know she is in good hands. All procedures are discussed and prices are explained before each one. I feel that they are a caring group of people who care about my pet as much as my husband and I do.
I have not been to St Francis Hospital for Animals since Dr Indreiri & Dr Schmeiser retired from their practice. When I adopted my two current cats I made the decision to check out Dr Parendo's practice. The staff is the same - welcoming and efficient, and Dr Parendo is very caring, knowledgeable & informative . I miss Dr. I and Dr. S. but in an ever changing world Dr Parendo is well on his way to becoming as loved and cherished as his predecessors were. Good choice!
