I dislike going to the dentist with an ugly passion. So if something goes right for me I really like to bring attention to it. I am new to Orem location of Stonehaven Dental. Dr Cam was very attentive to my needs. He kept asking if I was alright as I was getting a root canal. I was so comfortable most of the procedure I almost fell asleep...which has never happened. Usually I come away sore in my back and arms because I get so tense, but not this time. The staff worked well with me and my financial situation. They had fresh cookies at the end but I didnt feel like eating one.

I highly recommend Stonehaven Dental. The front-desk staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. The dental assistants and hygienists remember me, seem happy I'm there, and provide great service. Both Dr. Cam and Dr. Guy take time to explain procedures and alternatives, and they're both dab hands with the anesthetic (excellent quality in a dentist). I've been pleased with the quality of work, and happy that no on tries to "upsell" procedures that I don't need.

they were very patient with the fact that I brought two small children, and my kids were very happy with the people who played with them even though that CANNOT be part of their job description. Also, every other place I have been have pulled the sides of my mouth open with their tools and I'm usually sore for three or four days. They don't do that to me here at all.

Although the actual treatment that I received was fine, I was put off by the aggressive "car salesman" type approach to recommended treatment. I went it for a simple teeth cleaning and was told that I need over $1,000 worth of treatment. When I pushed to find out what was necessary, I was told that it all was. I absolutely do not believe this and am seeking a second opinion. Although it would be nice to replace three caps for aesthetic purposes, it is extremely expensive. You should tell your patients what is absolutely necessary, and then provide options for additional care to improve the look of the teeth, but that are not necessary.

I have been to Seasons Salon and Day Spa multiple times before and have had a great experience. But this time was different, I am not sure if the management has changed or what. It wasn't very clean, it looked like some of the robes weren't clean so I wasn't confident I was wearing an actual clean robe. I had to search for towels and there looked like there was only one clean towel, the others were thrown around and unfolded so I didn't want to touch them. The bathroom in the changing room wasn't clean. I didn't think the employees were vey prepared for my massage. I came in to get a specific massage and didn't get what I had signed up for at all. I was really disappointed with my massage because my expectations were not met. For the price of what I was paying, I expected much higher quality and a cleaner environment. I will not ever go back again which is unfortunate because I really liked this place until now. I also personally feel that every massage business should have each customer fill out a paper beforehand to clearly state whether they want their masseuse to talk to them during their massage or not. I like to go get a massage and relax and not have to hold a conversation throughout my entire experience but didn't want to be rude and tell my masseuse I would rather lay here in silence and enjoy my massage. They also were not concerned about masks and I remember telling my friend who I was there with that I guess they don't require masks here. It was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth what they are charging. I will for sure look for other places from now on when wanting to get a massage.
