My stylist Jamie was fantastic as always. But the receptionist there was bit of rude. She had an attitude. I gave my credit card details prior to appointment so when I bought a product I asked her to put it on card, her response was not clear that on file cards cant be charged for products. I had to ask her 5 questions to understand the situation better but all she did was stare at me with a straight face and honestly she spoiled my mood and whole day. I hope I dont have to deal with her again.

Thank you for choosing our salon. Unfortunately there appears to be a misunderstanding. For our clients protection we DO NOT keep credit card numbers on file. I spoke to the receptionist on fill and she admitted there was a miscommunication in what she was trying to explain. I apologize that this resulted in a negative experience for you and hope we can do better in the future.

Very sweet and nice girl that did I my hair. She was fresh out of beauty school and still need some more experience. And I do not wanna bash her and this is just meant as a tip. She does need to practice more when it comes to roots and cutting long hair. My roots almost got darker instead of light blonde, and my hair got cut twice as much as I asked for. She should grab a piece of hair and show the customer how much she intends to cut and ask if that is good. I asked for two maybe three inches and she cut almost seven. I’m not angry and my hair will grow out, and I fixed my roots myself a few days later. Hope she works on these things as I think she will be a great hairdresser some day.

I have been going to Aveda salons for over 20 years and this appointment was the worst ever. This was my first visit to this salon. The stylist spent 2.5 hours on the highlight but only about 10 minutes on the haircut and only about 10 minutes on the blowdry. No beverage was offered. No lip refresh was offered though the salon website says it is offered to all customers. Aveda products were not recommended to me. This experience was very sub-par for an Aveda salon.
