I have tried multiple salons after my stylist left my current salon. It has been one nightmare after another. I came here on a whim and when I told the stylist what I wanted (a style she was uncomfortable doing) she went and got me someone who could do it. I can not even express how much that impressed me! Not only did she not mess up my hair, she watched the other stylist the entire time to learn how to do it! Heather Ann ended up doing my hair and so far (I haven’t washed or tried to style myself yet) I am loving it! I am sure I have found my new stylist!

Nina was absolutely amazing! She did exactly what I wanted and offered great advise on products and even techniques on curling. She was so supportive and helpful! I highly recommend her to everyone I talk to about hair!!

I absolutely loved this salon. I’ve never gone to a higher end salon before and let me say I will be back. It’s clean, trendy, and the staff are very friendly. I loved my stylist Tabby she did a beautiful job with my haircut and even gave me tips and recommended products for styling my hair. I had a great overall experience with Studio 9 :D

I went to Studio 9 Salon for the first time on Saturday April 9, 2022 and I was very satisfied not only with the salon but all the employees, they are very friendly and professional. My hair stylist Alise was very good and I will recommend to family and friends. This is my go to Salon from now on! I would give 10 stars if I could. See you soon.

I really want to give a 5 star rating as all of the stylists I've been to have done a phenomenal job. The services I most use are color, cut, and then blow-outs and I've been fortunate to fine three stylists I really like who do a great job on a consistent basis. The reason I only gave 4 stars is specifically due to my last few visits. I came in to get my usual color, cut, blow-out and felt extremely rushed from the moment I sat down. I'm not sure if the stylist was booked back to back but it definitely affected the treatment I received and the stylist seemed very frazzled so much so that the color she used was the wrong one and she started to blow dry my hair before she remembered I wanted it cut as well. I had to come back and request a different stylist to fix the color and cut on my next visit and had a great experience with her so I requested her again on my next visit. During my last visit to you guys this past weekend I felt confident coming in but then was immediately let down when the stylist said they didn't have me down for color that day. I know when I called I specifically asked for my usual color, cut, blowout but whomever wrote it down got it wrong. So again, I knew I was going to be rushed through my appointment and not be able to relax and enjoy the experience. She put a new 10-minute color on my hair instead of the normal color I get, did the cut then blew my hair out. I had specifically asked that she not put anything in my hair after it was dry but before I knew what was happening she had put product in it that I absolutely did not want and my hair felt gross afterwards. I also noticed because she was rushed to get me through that I was left with hair-dye marks all over my face. I had to come back in and ask that someone scrub my forehead, cheeks and nose to get the dye off, which was frustrating. For the most part, I really enjoy coming to Studio 9 and don't think I'll go anywhere else, but my last few experiences have not been that great due to the rush factor. I don't want to feel rushed when I sit down in the stylists chair, I'd like to feel confident that they're focused on what I'm asking for and not thinking about a time constraint that's by no fault of my own.
