I arrived for my appointment, but the stylist was out sick, and no one had called to tell me that I couldn't get my hair cut at that time. Then they had to send me from the Chesterfield location to the Creve Coeur location in order to get my hair cut. And then they charged me full price for the hair cut. I feel I should have received some sort of compensation for the lack of communication and the logistical pain in the rear. Therefore, my 45 minute haircut actually took over 2 1/2 hours to complete plus I had to travel between locations.
