I really like the manicures / pedicures at this salon. I've never had a great experience with haircuts here though. If you like texturized hair, then this is the place for you. I have had 3 different stylists (keep looking for a good one) and all have the same issue. ALL of them cut my hair and then followed the cut by texturizing my hair so much that the cut was close to non-existent and made my hair much shorter than I wanted and VERY thin at the ends. One haircut was so bad and beyond SHORT that I was mortified when I went to a wedding soon afterwards. My hair is thick and curly....and with the texturizing, the weight of my hair is towards the top of my head. Currently, I have hair every length imaginable and with so much of the length towards the top of my head, it makes it much more difficult to manage (straighten) and impossible to put into a pony tail....when my hair was shoulder length+ prior to the cut! This salon needs to focus on cutting hair that is appropriate to the type of hair they are cutting and listening to the customer when the customer says they just want the ends trimmed / cleaned up. Texturizing doesn't work out well for all people....but they teach all stylists to cut the hair and then texturize the hair until it is a choppy mish-mash. Just doesn't work for me. Even though it is difficult to style, my hair usually looks ok initially but grows out to be a big problem in very little time. I have stuck by this salon because of their reputation and the thought that one of their hair stylists would be great. Unfortunately, I will not be back for another haircut here.
