Very poor front desk service, I did not feel welcoming and I guess Tyler had bad day. About color, I purchased balayage with toner, I showed the color I wanted to Jacob twice, but i guess he did not pay very good attention to it, and I got very different color than I want. I am so disappointed by service. I felt I got highlight instead of balayage. Very poor service. I did not expected the from the salon. It was my first time applying color to my hair and I got different color which pissed me off. I did not like the color at all. My husband or any other family member did not like it at all. If studio within can fix the problem and do the color I want, that will be great. But I suggest do not go for balayage, colorist doesn't alisten to you. Horrible service.
