Sugar Land Veterinary Specialists (SLVS) was our second choice only because our first choice which was closer to us, was flooded due to Harvey. SLVS was/is taking in many patients from other veterinary clinics, and still managing to keep everything moving smoothly, efficiently and with smiling and compassionate demeanor. And although we didn't receive the best news about our dog who's 13 years old, we received prompt and expert service, advice and care. Thank you.

Very compassionate, friendly and loving towards my fur baby. Easy to talk with...vet assistant was amazing. Vet and front desk help was great. We appreciate all they did to make our visit easy. In our time of worry...they were very sweet and comforting.

Dr. Kegge was a very caring professional...I would have liked to see the exam that was done on my dog, but it was explained that sometimes a dog may hide pain when the owner is there, so I understood that and accepted that...otherwise, was very satisfied with the services and plan to return.

Staff and doctors were great but checking out was displeasing. I was accidentally charged extra instead of receiving my credit and still to this day I still do not see it corrected.

After initially calling and being led to believe the wait would be much shorter if I came in at the time I was told. I arrived and had to wait an extremely long time to be seen I was kinda baffled since the waiting room was empty and I saw one person come out after being assisted. I didnt feel comfortable because I wasnt asked to accompany Pepper when he was taken to the back. I am basing my experience here based off my previous experience with another VETS. Not completly satisfied. As far as Peppers eye it seems to be doing better but it is still too early to tell, Thanks
