I've been going to Sugar Sugar for years. I love Solana and Crystal, and have recommended this place to many friends. But my last experience makes it hard to give a 5-star review... I made two appointments online over a month ago to ensure I had an appointment with my favorite gal Solana, but when I showed up for my first appointment I was unpleasantly surprised to have the receptionist inform me that I didn't have an appointment--it was cancelled. She quickly rescheduled me for another appointment 2 hours later with another esthetician, which I was very grateful for but never said she was sorry for the mistake. After my rescheduled appointment, the women in the salon were talking about what happened and another esthetician commented that someone in the office must have cancelled my appointment. End of story. SERIOUSLY. No apology that they cancelled my appointment. Again, i'm very grateful that they rescheduled my appointment, but randomly canceling appointments doesn't seem good for customer service.

I am so sorry for the lack of customer service you seem to have experienced. We have had some issues with our receptionists, but are pleased to announce that we have 4 new, wonderful ladies working for us which will hopefully make your next experience more enjoyable.

Jillian is amazing! She does a great job. She's gentle and thorough and keeps you chatting the whole time so you don't pay attention to the sugaring. Love her and Sugar Sugar!

This was my third time being waxed at sugar sugar and my best so far. The girl that waxed me, I forget her name, was awesome. She carried on friendly conversation the entire time which helped me stay relaxed and kept my focus away from the pain (i'm usually a wimp when it comes to waxing but this barely hurt at all). I absolutely love sugar waxing and now I hate shaving and avoid it at all cost. This wax was amazing it's been 2 weeks and the hair is just barely starting to regrow. She did an amazing job and I've already told many friends about sugar sugar. If you get waxed here you won't regret it!

Went to my first appointment at Sugar Sugar this weekend. It was super clean, friendly staff & great service. They have wonderful products and I ended up buying more than I should have! sugaring is by no means painless, but it less painful and much better for your skin than waxing! I would recommend them to a friend and will be returning myself!
