The wisdom, insight, and professionalism of Dr. Glassberg and the staff are why Sunnycrest has been our vet since 1991. I greatly appreciate the fact that no one at Sunnycrest tries to force treatment on my pets. At every step of the process, my decisions regarding my pet are respected and accommodated as much as possible. Nothing beats a vet and tech staff that sees your pet as something more than a pay check! I've been to other vet clinics: Sunnycrest is the best.

When I needed an appt. ASAP because my 16 yr. old Chihuahua suddenly started whimpering in pain and could not eat/drink, Dr. Glassberg worked us into his schedule. Exam and x-rays confirmed a diagnosis of disc issues in his neck. The Tech staff was extremely helpful and understanding of our concern for the tiny gentleman. Lilo spent the day at Sunnycrest and came home to us in excellent shape - not groggy or confused after anesthesia or stressed out. Dr. G took time going over the results and treatment options to make sure that like the Energizer Bunny, Lilo could keep on ticking!

They sent me some dog vaccine info. I don't even have a dog. They have yet to properly message me regarding my cat. I have provided his records and my requirements for his care. Nothing.

When I brought my cat in for boarding she was returned to me with poop matted all over her fur. She was put in the carrier before I noticed. When I got home, I called back to see if there was anything you guys could do. I was put on hold endlessly and then hold that you were too full to give her a bath and couldn't get her in until another day. I had to take her in elsewhere for $80. She also had a terrible cough for a week after she was brought home.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. It is certainly not how I want things done here at Sunnycrest. I would really appreciate it if you would call me so that I can try to figure out who on my staff was involved. It is our policy to check all cats and dogs regularly to see if they need a bath. You can call me at 714.871.3000. If I'm not in please ask for Dr. Grimes or Tracy. If your cat is still having any respiratory problems please come in for a free exam.

Again, I apologize for what happened and with your help will figure out which staff member needs further training.

Sunnycrest Animal Care Center personel are very friendly, helpful and caring towards the animals they care for and the owners. We have been very safisified with the doctor visits and care our animals received there.

Sophie didn't say much about her experience at the Bed and Breakfast. However, she brushed past me and was hell-bent to get out the door. I'm not sure there was even a glance in my direction. I'm not sure if that was a thumbs up or down!

The staff I spoke with were caring and professional. They spent time with me discussing the issues and options. The doctor did call me after the results came in and we discussed the options further. It was a very good experience.
