I love the optometrist, Dr. Dihn. She is extremely pleasant, cheerful, professional and helpful. However, when it came time to place an order for lenses I felt like I was being "sold" with a slightly pressurized pitch and minor scare tactics (maybe I'm just sensitive to that?) about how my insurance wouldn't cover this and that if I went somewhere else. That may be true, but I believe a greater understanding by the staff that people like to shop around, and that it is wise to shop around, before making a purchase would create a better experience.
