horrible style - need to listen to what the customer wants and make sure that's done right - has skills but lacks focus
Stylist cuts hair also takes phones and talks to other customer waiting .... customer need to be lucky to it right that day orelse wait until it grows next few months to get it right

I feel the hairstylist lost her concentration towards work ..... I told her what style I want but she gave me totally different cut now my hair is sticking out like a someone cut it themselves.... not able to manage it
in fact I feel she did exactly opposite to what I asked for -- unacceptable

my appointment took hours between one stylist and several appointments. my hair is literally the same after the keratin treatment. i even upgraded as suggested- hair was the same. the review is the fact that my hair was left unchanged. i don't mind sharing a stylist during my appointments but wanted to let other readers know.

I was very happy with the Brazilian Blowout treatment from Telogen Salon. Rosie, the owner as well as my beautician, was very accommodating and good personality. The shop provides up to date equipment to get the job done right. The only drawback was the parking which could be solved by taking mass transit- train or bus terminal is a block away.
