I initially loved it. The service was friendly and flexible, with a nice vibe at the Salon. Then a new front desk supervisor was hired and things quickly went off kilter. I was treated kind of rudely - no help booking around my work schedule, not offered alternate appointments, and ultimately I asked to book with another stylist - and when I arrived I was told I hadn't confirmed my appointment - so it was given away. When I showed my email confirmation, I was told that someone must have made a mistake - no sorry, no what can we do to fix this problem - just a blank stare.
So I called down the street and they fit me in the next day, no problem. And I have been happy there ever since.
No point staying where I'm not really wanted.
