Excellent!!! All staff from front desk to nurse/assistant and especially Dr. S were courteous, comforting, and professional. My problem was taken care of, explained, and resolved within minutes. I am fortunate to be a patient of The Eye Care Group-Southbury!

2 and 1/2 hours for an eye exam is a ridiculous amount of time to invest - particularly a standard exam and given that no communication as to length of appointment time is given in advance.

The staff at the Eye Care Group were fabulous with my two year old daughter. Her office visit went off without any complications at all and it was tear free! That's a nice change of pace for a "doctor's visit" with a two year old. Thank you for your dedication and appropriate patient care for a toddler.

I chose the Eye Care Group because I needed to find this type of facility closest to where I live - I had no knowledge of any of the specialists. It seems to be a very busy office & I did have to wait a considerable length of time before being called. As a whole, the staff that was involved with my process & exam (excluding the doctor), were very professional & friendly - the doctor that examined & tested me was very thorough. Although, my reasons for making the appointment were satisfied, when I left I was feeling very confused & unsettled due to some issues and I would have liked things explained to me in more simpler terms, not medical terms so I would know what questions to ask. At my next visit, I will make sure I am better informed.

I can not thank Dr Silbert enough. I had a very bad sty that was not going away soon enough. I was leaving on vacation in a few days. To make a long story short he fit me in between appointments lanced the sty without any pain what so ever. In two days almost completely healed. By far the nicest professional Dr I ever dealt with. Would recommend him 100 percent
