I feel like the spa needs to be updated entirely: interior design and staff. The rooms are very simple, which is great, but you feel like you've gone back in time. Services should be more clearly explained from their menu, but especially by the front desk staff when you are booking. Whoever I spoke to to book was a complete idiot and I felt like I had to guide her through the appointment booking. I got a wrap but I never would've gotten that if I knew what it really was. I've also never been to a spa that left you in a room alone and turned the lights off. Usually if there is a wait period, you figure out how else to pamper the guest. Not just leave them alone. Also, I hate feeling like I have to buy something. Don't be pushy, it's the customers choice. Sub par experience.
