The hair designers are friendly, the front desk staff is lacking.
They want to sell, sell, sell, and you walk out spending over $200, this doesn't include products.
I don't even like my hair, the color is horrible. This just keeps happening, so I won't be back.

We are training new front desk staff so we are sure there is room for improvement, but we certainly never intend to make anyone feel like we are selling them anything. The front desk staff receive no compensation for products sold in the salon so any suggestions would be based on their personal recommendations.
