Had to wait a few days to get an appointment and when we got there, we had to wait 20 min cause they were in a meeting. "Oil change" is just that. Nothing more. No topping off fluids, no checking anything. We'll see how the next visit goes.......
Terribly sorry about your wait. Here at the car people we do our best to make sure every customer is taken care of and that the service he/she receives goes above and beyond their expectations. One way we make sure we stay on top of our game is to have weekly meetings to address any issues that may be present. Further more, our customer mean a lot to us. They are the very foundation on which our company was build and with out them, we wouldn't be here today. To make sure we keep our customers happy and their vehicles on the road, we go a little further with our oil change services. This includes making sure all of your other fluid levels are full and preforming a visual inspection to ensure that there are no safety issues that may leave our customers stranded on the side of the road. We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, believe me when I say that it was not our intension. We where simply trying to make sure that we took care of you to the fullest or our ability. Thank You for your review.
